Terms of Payment
a. You agree to pay all applicable charges in effect at the time of transaction.

c. Your Payment Facility agreement governs your rights and responsibilities, not these Terms.
d. You authorize us and our payment partners to use, store, and transmit your payment data securely to complete transactions.
e. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your account without additional notice.
f. We reserve the right to modify pricing and billing methods at any time.
g. All payment-related information must be accurate and up-to-date.
h. You represent that you have legal authority to use the selected payment method.
i. We may report any fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
j. We reserve the right to recover all related expenses and take legal action in case of fraud.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
• COD is available only for eligible Indian addresses.
• Payment must be made in Indian Rupees.
• COD availability depends on courier serviceability of your area and is subject to verification during checkout.

RETURNS
At Dr Chex, we strive to deliver high-quality products with care. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Conditions:
• Returns are accepted only for damaged products or manufacturing defects.
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Your order number and registered mobile number
Once verified, our team will process a replacement or refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.
• If your order has already been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to:
• Out-of-stock items

REFUND
If you do not wish to receive a replacement for a return, we will issue a coupon equivalent to the returned item’s value, valid for a limited period.
For prepaid orders:
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Processing may take 10–15 working days to reflect in your account.
For COD orders:
• Refunds will be processed to the bank account details provided by you.
Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances. No cash refunds will be issued.

• Coupons can be applied during checkout and will deduct the coupon value from the total bill.
• Only one coupon can be used per order.
• Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash.
• Coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-extendable.
• Coupons are valid for a period ranging from 2 to 12 months.
• If a coupon-applied order is cancelled, the coupon will become void.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any coupon-related offer without notice and deny usage in cases of suspected abuse.
