This document (“T&C”) is an electronic record pursuant to: (i) the Information Technology Act, 2000; (ii) applicable rules framed thereunder; and (iii) the amended provisions relating to electronic records under various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures.
This T&C is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable rules that mandate the publishing of terms and conditions, privacy policy, and user guidelines for access or usage of the website www.drchex.com and the related mobile application (“Application”). Collectively, the website and the Application shall be referred to as the “Platform”.
The Platform is owned, operated and managed by MISV LIMITED, a public limited company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at [Insert Official Address of MISV LIMITED], India. The brand operating on the Platform is “Dr Chex” (“we”, “us”, “our”).

We expressly disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Third-Party Services
We may offer services in association with third parties. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or fitness of any such third-party services. You acknowledge and waive any claims you may have against MISV LIMITED in connection with third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall MISV LIMITED, its affiliates, directors, employees or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform. If held liable by a court, our liability shall be limited to a maximum of INR 100/-.

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including trademarks, logos, graphics, videos, and written content, are owned by or licensed to MISV LIMITED.
You shall not:
• Use any logo, brand name, or content without prior written consent
• Modify, distribute, or exploit Platform content for commercial purposes
• Copy, reproduce, or share any part of the Platform without authorization
Unauthorized use will result in termination of your rights to use the Platform and may lead to legal action.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & USE
Your user account will be created using your mobile number during the checkout process. Login is authenticated via an OTP (One-Time Password) sent via SMS.
You may link your account to third-party accounts (e.g., social media) where permitted. You are responsible for ensuring that such linking complies with the terms of the third-party service provider.
We may suspend or terminate your access if the information provided is false, incomplete, or outdated.

You agree not to:
• Post content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal
• Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy
• Upload or distribute malware, spam, or harmful code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or data of other users
• Post content or links that promote gambling, hate speech, or unlawful activity
You are solely responsible for any content or actions on the Platform and agree to abide by applicable Indian and international laws.
We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms.

We may suspend or restrict access at any time without prior notice.
